2. Airport Charges
Total Swedavia traffic charges levied on a single flight are determined by the aircraft’s exhaust emission and noise characteristics, maximum take-off weight, departing airport and number of passengers carried.

3. Incentive Programme & Passenger Performance Bonus program
Swedavia works actively to stimulate traffic growth at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN) and offer a number of incentives for airlines. We share the financial risk of establishing new routes with airlines and tour operators who contribute to passenger growth.
The incentive program is divided in two separate parts:
- incentive for new routes to new destinations and
- bonus for passenger growth on existing and new routes (and now we also offer a temporary additional increase through the Passenger Performance Bonus program).

4. Market support Programme
Stockholm-Arlanda Airport offers market support for airlines that expand their services by offering new departures to new or existing destinations. The purpose is to stimulate traffic growth in accordance with the route development strategy of the airport.

5. Stockholm Access - regional cooperation
To attract more visitors to the Stockholm region and to support new airlines, Stockholm-Arlanda Airport took the initiative to start Stockholm Access in 2003.
Stockholm Access is a partnership between Stockholm Visitors Board, Stockholm Business Region, Visit Sweden, the Invest in Sweden Agency and Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. The purpose of Stockholm Access is to work together to increase incoming visitors to Stockholm, prinicipally through the establishment of new airline routes.
