2. Airport Charges
Total Swedavia traffic charges levied on a single flight are determined by the aircraft’s exhaust emission and noise characteristics, maximum take-off weight, departing airport and number of passengers carried.

3. Swedavia Incentive Programme
Swedavia works actively to stimulate traffic growth at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) and offer incentives for airlines or tour operators.
Swedavia Incentive Programme 2012 is divided in three separate parts:
- Marketing Support (MGS) (new window)
Stockholm Arlanda Airport offer co-financing of marketing activities for airlines and tour operators that start a new route or expand their service on an existing route during a twelve-month period.

4. Stockholm Access - regional cooperation
To attract more visitors to the Stockholm region and to support new airlines, Stockholm Arlanda Airport took the initiative to start Stockholm Access in 2003.
Stockholm Access is a partnership between Stockholm Visitors Board, Stockholm Business Region, Visit Sweden, the Invest in Sweden Agency and Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The purpose of Stockholm Access is to work together to increase incoming visitors to Stockholm, prinicipally through the establishment of new airline routes.
