Pier F
The pier in the newer portion of Terminal 5 provides you with a perfect venue for meetings and events before or after an air trip.
Hold your kick-off meeting here or book an event with international customers or employees, based outside Sweden, before they fly home. The space holds 550 people. You can also give the meeting a golden touch by booking VIP service (the pier is located close to the premises of Arlanda VIP Service).
Both a technician and a hostess are included between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The space is also suitable for conferences or evening arrangements and is located after the Terminal 5 security screening checkpoint.

Good to know about the pier in Terminal 5:
- The space is located after the security screening checkpoint, which means that all guests will be security-screened.
- The space has panoramic windows (no blackout possible).
- Depending on the size of the event, an extra day may be needed for installation.

SkyCity Hall
SkyCity Hall, which is suitable for conferences, events and trade fairs, is located on the ground floor of SkyCity and has a door at the main entrance to SkyCity. The venue is suitable many possible uses and seating arrangements. If theatre seating is used, it can be placed directly on the floor in the gallery, depending on the desired number of seats.
The glass streetside wall allows for ample daylight. Blackout facility installed.
SkyCity Hall is located on the ground floor of SkyCity and has a door at the main entrance to SkyCity.
Guests here have their own entrance, wardrobe and lavatory facilities, a large foyer and a designated conference hostess.
