- All administration in connection with your meeting or event.
- Booking hotel rooms: We work together with several nearby hotels, none of them further than 7 minutes away from the meeting venue.
- Conference rooms: Both small and large conference rooms are available for booking.
- Parking spaces: A 30 per cent discount on the parking fee at the SkyCity-garage, located beneath SkyCity, between Terminals 4 and 5. The garage also has a car wash and a servicing workshop.
- VIP: At Arlanda VIP Service you can book VIP service both for arrival and departure.

- Group airline check-ins of departing guests: Have you chartered an aircraft? You and your guests can get help with all the practical details: check-in and security screening, as well as your own transport directly to the aircraft.
- Advertising spaces: Would you like your company to be visible in conjunction with the event? There are several different advertising exposure areas inside and outside the terminals.
- Security: If you need security guard services in conjunction with your event, we will make arrangements with the airport’s security services contractor.
- Re-booking of airline tickets for you and your guests.
- Running errands for you when you are busy.
- Booking the entertainment for your event − dancers, singers or stand-up comics.
- Decorations and theme parties.
- Arranging guided tours of the airport, or a shopping tour, with the Arlanda Visitor Service.
