The Hangar accommodates up to 550 people. In this 3,000 m2 sized venue, you can hold anything from anonymous meetings and product launches for the press to spectacular banquets.
Both a technician and a hostess are included between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. You will also have your own road gate for hauling goods in and out, a wireless Internet connection for two users and conference furniture for theatre seating.
Good to know about events, trade fairs and other events in the Hangar
- The venue is located after the airport’s security screening checkpoint, which means that guests will be security screened.
- Portable toilets are located outside the Hangar.
- Separate staff rooms or offices can be hired as needed.
- Depending on the size of the event, an extra day may be needed for installation. Recommended minimum time for installation is two days. One day for dismantling.
- During installation, everyone who works outside the Hangar must wear yellow vests.
- All people and vehicles entering the area must be registered on a list.
