VIP arrival service at Stockholm Arlanda Airport
VIP arrival service at Stockholm Arlanda Airport includes the following:
- Accompanied by one of our VIP co-ordinators, you meet your guests directly at the gate when they step off their aircraft.
- Within a few minutes, you and your guests will be sitting comfortably in one of our VIP lounges, while we take care of your guests’ passport and customs formalities. In addition to the kind of light refreshments that are included, you can order additional food and beverages.
- Our staff will retrieve your guests' baggage and bring it to your VIP lounge.
- If you want to remain in the VIP suite in order to conduct a meeting, we will arrange a room where you can hold an undisturbed discussion (VIP suite/lounge for 1 hour is included).
- When you feel ready, we will ensure that your pre-arranged vehicle drives up to the entrance.
Please note that you do not have to be present when we provide the above service – we can of course still greet and take care of your guests.
