If your computer won’t connect to WiFi for any reason, even though you have followed our instructions, do as follows (description for computers using Windows XP) or contact our customer support staff.
- Click the Start button, then “Connect to wireless network”. Check that the connection is activated, then choose the network called “Swedavia Airport”.
- Configure the settings for your WiFi card. State the broadcasted SSID as “lfvpublic” and verify to establish a connection.
- Go to the encryption settings for your WiFi card and close encryption (de-activate WEP).
Sending e-mails
If you have problems sending e-mails, it may be because your e-mail system blocks access to the smtp server. Try instead to use Swedavia’s smtp server as an alternative by changing the configuration for your e-mail system’s smtp server to “smtp.lfv.mail”.
