Remember that you can naturally book the same service for yourself next time you will be travelling by air.
VIP arrival service at Stockholm Arlanda Airport includes the following:
- Accompanied by one of our VIP co-ordinators, you meet your friends or guests directly at the gate when they step off their aircraft.
- Within a few minutes, you will be sitting comfortably in one of our VIP lounges, while we take care of passport and customs formalities. In addition to the light refreshments that are included, you can order additional food and beverages.
- Baggage will be retrieved and transported to your VIP lounge.
- If you want to remain in the VIP suite in order to conduct a meeting or celebrate a special occasion, we will arrange a room for you (VIP suite/lounge for 1 hour is included).
- When you feel ready, we will ensure that your pre-arranged vehicle drives up to the entrance.
Please note that you do not have to be present when we provide the above service – we can of course still greet and take care of your guests.
