VIP departure service at Stockholm Arlanda Airport includes the following:
- We meet you or your guest near our VIP entrance at Stockholm Arlanda Airport – separate from the terminals and with the option of driving right up to the door.
- You don’t have to handle baggage, travel documents and check-in. We will arrange that. If you plan to arrive in your own car, you can also book special parking privileges in advance.
- You and your guests will have access to Airport VIP Service’s own separate security checkpoint at the VIP entrance.
- If time permits, your VIP co-ordinator will take care of any duty- and tax-free shopping and value-added tax refunds for you and your guest.
- You can relax or work in one of our VIP lounges, while we deal with all the practical details in preparation for your onward journey. In addition to the kind of light refreshments that are already included, you can order additional food and beverages (VIP suite/lounge for 1 hour is included).
- A personal VIP co-ordinator will, on behalf of you and your guest, keep track of when it is time to go on board and will drive you to the aircraft.
