At Arlanda VIP Service you can choose either a church or a civil wedding ceremony. To have a Church of Sweden wedding, one of you must belong to the Church of Sweden. A wedding performed by a pastor from another Christian denomination or representing a religion other than Christianity is naturally also possible.
Regardless of your choice, you can be certain that it will be an experience of a lifetime. Here you will have access to food, beverages and VIP service, and the ceremony takes place in one of our VIP lounges, specially designed by the famous Swedish designer Jonas Bohlin.
Wedding registrar or pastor
You are responsible for booking a civil registrar or pastor for your ceremony. You are free to book and invite with you any qualified civil registrar or pastor you wish. Under ”Civil registrar or pastor” in the left-hand menu, Arlanda VIP Service provides contact details for a number of pastors who officiate at Church of Sweden weddings and civil registrars.
We recommend that you contact us first to check whether there is a lounge available for your ceremony, then contact the person who will perform your ceremony, and finally send us a booking inquiry to arrange a lounge and our services.
Contact a wedding registrar or pastor
The Stockholm-Arlanda Airport chapel
If you do not wish to book a VIP lounge or peripheral services, you may choose a Church of Sweden wedding in the airport chapel. It is important to note that in that case, it will be without VIP service and that you must arrange your own witnesses to the wedding.

The basic price for a wedding ceremony at Arlanda VIP Service includes the following:
• VIP lounge (maximum 10 persons) for two hours.
• Separate security screening next to our premises.
• Baggage check-in for the happy couple and their children if any (up to and including age 12).
• Transport to your gate via the duty- and tax-free shop, if you wish to do any shopping.
• If you wish, help in arranging witnesses.
