A representative of Arlanda VIP Service greets the couple at an agreed meeting place at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. We will help with baggage, tickets and passports as well as check-in and other practical details. This applies both to the couple and their children if any (up to and including age 12). If their children are older than 12, there will be an extra charge.
The customary conversation before the ceremony, between the couple and the person performing the ceremony, as well as the ceremony itself, take place in one of our VIP lounges. If you wish to propose a toast or have a bite afterward, this is done in the same lounge. Light refreshments and beverages can be ordered in advance.

Accompanying guests
Friends and acquaintances are naturally welcome to attend the ceremony. If check-in assistance is also desired for accompanying guests, this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please note that the lounge can accommodate up to 10 people.
Opening hours
Arlanda VIP Service is open Monday-Friday 7.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m. In case of ceremonies outside the above opening hours, there is a SEK 500 supplement per hour or part thereof.
