At Airport VIP Service you can choose either a church or a civil wedding ceremony. To have a Church of Sweden wedding, one of you must belong to the Church of Sweden. A wedding performed by a pastor from another Christian denomination or representing a religion other than Christianity is naturally also possible.
How to book
We recommend that you contact us first to check whether there is a lounge available for your ceremony, then contact the person who will perform your ceremony, and finally send us a booking inquiry to arrange a lounge and our services.
Wedding registrar or pastor
You are responsible for booking a civil registrar or pastor for your ceremony. You are free to book and invite with you any qualified civil registrar or pastor you wish. You can also contact pastors and civil registrars here at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Accompanying guests
Friends and family are naturally welcome to attend the ceremony. If check-in assistance is also desired for accompanying guests, this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please note that the lounge can accommodate up to 7 people beside you as a couple.

When you arrive
A representative of Airport VIP Service greets you at an agreed meeting place at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. If you travel the same day as the ceremony we will help with baggage, tickets and passports as well as check-in and other practical details. This applies both to you and your children if any (up to and including age 12). If their children are older than 12, there will be an extra charge.
The customary conversation before the ceremony, between the couple and the person performing the ceremony, as well as the ceremony itself, take place in one of our VIP lounges. If you wish to propose a toast or have a bite afterward, this is done in the same lounge.

Airport VIP Service is open:
Monday-Friday 7.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday 8.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
Public holidays: 8.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m.
In case of ceremonies outside the above opening hours, there is an extra cost of
SEK 1 300.
Payment rules
Payment occurs by debit card on the spot. The cost of the actual ceremony is paid to the person performing the ceremony, by agreement.
