No orders using Telia unregistered prepaid cards beginning December 1
Beginning December 1, 2011, you can no longer order TravelStatus from a mobile phone with an unregistered prepaid card from Telia. You must therefore first register your prepaid card with your mobile operator.
The reason for this is a new EU directive that regulates use of prepaid cards for payment services.
The service costs SEK 10, regardless of how many SMSs we send to you. Your usual cost for sending an SMS is added when you send an SMS to us, for example when you activate your service. Please note that you need a Swedish mobile number to be able to use this SMS service.

You enter your mobile phone number and your flight number. If you don’t have the flight number available, there is a search function where you can look up and select your flight. You can actively select the extra SMSs you want. There are also extra services, for example sending the same flight information to an additional mobile number.
As a passenger you receive:
- An SMS about estimated departure time and terminal.
- SMSs about any changes, for example delays.
- An extra SMS confirmation 10 hours before flight departure.
- An SMS about check-in counters.
- An SMS with the gate number, one hour before planned departure.
- An SMS when it is time to board the aircraft.
As the person meeting an arriving passenger, you receive:
- An SMS about estimated arrival time, terminal and when the aircraft has landed.
- SMSs about any changes, for example delays.
- An extra SMS confirmation 10 hours before flight arrival.
As the person dropping off a departing passenger, you receive:
- An SMS about estimated departure time and terminal.
- SMSs about any changes, for example delays.
- An extra SMS confirmation 10 hours before flight departure.
- An SMS about check-in counters.
- An SMS with the gate number, one hour before planned departure.
- An SMS when it is time to board the aircraft.
- An SMS when the aircraft has departed from Stockholm-Arlanda.
