If you have opinions or wish to submit a complaint about the assistance you received at Stockholm-Arlanda, we will be pleased if you would write down your opinions or describe what happened and send it to us.

You may choose to send a letter to the Registrar’s Office (Registraturen), SE-190 45 Stockholm-Arlanda, Sweden, send an e-mail to arlanda@swedavia.se or fill out the form below and send it to us.
