If you have opinions or wish to submit a complaint about the assistance you received at Stockholm Arlanda, we will be pleased if you would write down your opinions or describe what happened and send it to us.

You may choose to send a letter to the Registrar’s Office (Registraturen), SE-190 45 Stockholm-Arlanda, Sweden, send an e-mail to arlanda@swedavia.se or fill out the form below and send it to us.

If you want to be contacted, it is important that you provide information enabling us to reply in writing to your opinions.
