SL buss to Märsta station, Norrtälje, Rotebro and Östra Steninge

On Stockholm Transport (SL) buses, you cannot buy a ticket on board. At Stockholm Arlanda you can instead buy a ticket at the Arlanda Visitor Center in Terminal 5 or at the airport’s other information counters.

UL buses – Enköping, Knutby
Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL) has bus routes to locations including Enköping and Knutby. You can read more on the overview of bus and coach service and destinations.
This is what you do:
Tickets are available at the Arlanda Visitor Center in Terminal 5 or at the airport’s other information counters. You can only buy tickets on board if you have cash.

Swebus – Västerås, Enköping and Örebro
The private company Swebus provides airport coach service from Västerås, Enköping and Örebro.
This is what you do:
You buy your ticket at the Arlanda Visitor Center in Terminal 5 or at the airport’s other information counters, at 7-Eleven, Pressbyrån, on Swebus' website or on board the coach. Swebus stops at all terminals, Stop (Hållplats) 16.

Y-buss - Umeå och Gävle
If you are travelling to Umeå or Gävle, you can take the Y-bussen coach service. You buy the Y-bussen ticket in advance from their website (Swedish only). Y-bussen to Umeå and Gävle departs only from Terminal 5, Stop (Hållplats) 16..
Air-Bus - Karlstad, Örebro, Västerås, Köping, Arboga, Karlskoga and Kristinehamn
The private company Air-Bus provides daily coach service between Stockholm Arlanda and Karlstad, via Örebro, plus to and from Västerås, Köping, Arboga, Örebro, Karlskoga och Kristineham.
This is what you do:
Air-Bus serve all terminals, stop 16. You buy tickets via their website − or on the coach, but in that case you travel on a space-available basis. You can also buy a ticket at the Arlanda Visitor Center in Terminal 5 or at the airport’s other information counters.
