Customer Service at Terminal 5 is staffed round the clock. Contact Customer Service at telephone +46 8 797 66 70. At all payment machines and at all entrances and exits to parking areas, there are also intercoms for contacting Customer Service.
If a jump-start is needed, the Assistance Corps will assist at no cost (does not apply to the Arlanda Långtid Alfa long-term parking area). Contact the Assistance Corps directly at telephone +46 8 768 79 95.
Parking service employees
Our parking service employees patrol the parking areas to solve any problems such as simple technical assistance, checking space availability and 24-hour service. If you need help, speak with them or contact Customer Service.
Key service
At Customer Service you may also hand in your car key and entry ticket for free safekeeping during your trip. If you want someone else to pick up your car, it is important that you inform us of that person’s name. The person must then identify him/herself properly in order to be given the keys and the ticket.
Car wash and servicing
In the SkyCity garage, an automotive workshop offers all types of car services such as car washing, reconditioning and tyre changes. Contact KWB Car AB,
